These Terms & Conditions form a legally binding agreement between you (“Client”) and Concord Publishers. By placing an order, making payment, or using our services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms outlined below.

1. Original Content Guarantee

We deliver only original and plagiarism-free content. All ghostwriting projects are verified using trusted plagiarism-checking tools (e.g., Copyscape). Please note that text within images, videos, or other non-readable formats will not be scanned. If you require advanced plagiarism checks beyond our standard process, you may arrange them independently.

2. Complete Ownership of Delivered Work

Upon full payment, all rights and ownership of the delivered content are transferred to you. You are free to publish, modify, or use the content as you see fit, without the obligation to credit Concord Publishers.

3. Client Information & Privacy

We implement strict security measures, including SSL encryption, to protect your personal and financial information. We do not store credit card details or sensitive data after transactions are complete.

4. Use of Cookies

We use cookies to improve website performance, track interactions, and enhance your browsing experience. Any third-party analytics providers we work with are bound by confidentiality agreements and may not use collected data for any purpose other than assisting us.

5. Image Use Policy

Concord Publishers respects copyright laws and does not use unauthorized copyrighted images in client work. We recommend royalty-free image sources or will provide links to suggested images. For premium licensed images, the cost will be the client’s responsibility.

6. Limitation of Liability

Concord Publishers is not liable for:

Losses caused by third-party platforms (e.g., Amazon, Barnes & Noble, billboard providers)
Delays due to client inaction or incomplete information
Minor technical errors that do not materially affect the quality of the work (e.g., small formatting issues)
Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

7. Refund Policy

We aim for 100% client satisfaction and offer revisions to ensure final deliverables meet agreed requirements. Refunds are granted only under the conditions listed below and must be approved by our Finance/Compliance Department.

a) Full Refund

A full refund may be issued if:

No work has begun on your project and cancellation is requested within one hour of payment (a 60% processing fee applies for later cancellations before work starts).
Work cannot proceed due to our inability to fulfill the order for reasons within our control.

b) Incompetent Delivery

If a project is delivered and does not meet documented project requirements, we will:

Offer unlimited revisions to meet the agreed standard
Re-assign the project to another writer/editor if needed
Provide partial refunds only if, after revisions, the work remains unsatisfactory and both parties mutually agree

c) Refund Timeframe

Refund requests must be submitted within 120 days of delivery
Requests made after this period will not be considered

d) No Refund Will Be Issued If:

Delays are caused by the client (e.g., late provision of materials, missed feedback deadlines)
Dissatisfaction is based on subjective preferences without clear deviation from project scope
For book marketing or publishing projects, the client fails to provide necessary access to book listings (e.g., Amazon, Barnes & Noble) or relevant social media channels needed for campaign execution
Minor technical issues (grammar, word count variations, formatting adjustments) that can be reasonably corrected through revisions

8. Policy Updates

These Terms & Conditions may be updated without prior notice. The latest version will always be available on our website. Continued use of our services implies acceptance of any updated terms.
